ALSALS Orientation Program Highlights ✨

On 7th February, ALSALS successfully held the orientation session for its new trainees, marking the official start of an impactful 5-month empowerment training program.
During the session, the ALSALS admin engaged participants in an interactive discussion, asking them about their hopes, expectations, and goals for the training. This interaction helped the trainees gain clarity and prepare mentally for the journey ahead.
The admin also explained the structure of the program, emphasizing that the training will run for five months and is designed to equip participants with practical, market-relevant skills that promote self-reliance and economic empowerment.

Catering Department
Tailoring & Creative Art Department
Household & Hygiene Department
Each department offers hands-on learning tailored to empower participants with skills that can translate into sustainable income opportunities.
