Catering Department Start up Kit – Distributed to 2020/2021 Student
Still on the catering and confectionery department, the BOT, Mrs Ogunkelu, did not only train the students, she also gave each of the students a start up kit. This is her own way of encouraging them to continue in this business with all their heart. The students were so overwhelmed that they prayed for her with so much passion….
A Glance from our Catering and Confectionery Training Session
The Catering and Confectionery department had the privilege of having one of our BOT, Mrs Ogunkelu, train them on carrot cake and red velvet cake. she gave the students a booklet that showed step by step method of making the cakes. The students were happy to learn a new and simple method of making delicious cakes.
A Glance from our ICT Department Training Session
The students in the ICT department were seen learning how to type. The resource person, Mr Seyi, ensured that every student type a document and save.
Catering and Confectionery Department
The Resource Person, Mrs Ezenwa, trained the students on bread, bread rolls, fish roll, hot dog sausage. She encouraged the students to continue doing to their own practical at home and ask for assistance anytime. Most of the students have started making money with what they have learnt so far.
Household Hygiene Production Department
In the household hygiene production department, the students were trained to produce LSLS toilet wash by the resource person, Mrs Nwaogwugwu. The students have started making sales of all the products they have learnt.
Event Management Department Training Session
The Resource Person, Mr Robert, of Event Management Department started the training of the new students by teaching them what it takes to start up the business.
Saturday Training, 7th of August 2021
The month of August started on a very great note. The whole five department were fully functional. The Center always have the privilege of having one of our BOT, Mrs Ogunkelu, visit and as well as train the students in the catering department. All the resource persons are always available and ever ready to train all the students.
Household Hygiene Production Department
The Resource Person of the Household Hygiene Production department, Mrs Nwaogwugwu, training the students on how to produce LSLS floor disinfectant.
Catering and Confectionary Department
The Resource Person, Mrs Ezenwa, training the students on how to make meat pie, sausage rolls and scotch egg. The students take note as they watch their teacher carry out the practical.
