Cohort 2 of the Empowering Women Through Entrepreneurship (ETE) Initiative marked another powerful step toward building digitally empowered women ready to succeed in the modern economy.
This impactful session focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital skills, and online business development, equipping women with practical knowledge needed to compete and grow in today’s fast-changing digital world.
The intensive training program ran for 6 weeks, with classes held twice every week, creating a consistent learning environment where participants gained hands-on experience, practical exposure, and continuous mentorship throughout the program.
The training went beyond theory.
Participants were introduced to how AI and digital tools can support business growth, improve visibility, simplify marketing, and create new income opportunities. Women learned how to build strong personal and business brands, understand customer behavior, position their products online, and confidently use digital platforms to promote and sell their services.

What made the session truly remarkable was the transformation in mindset.
Many participants arrived uncertain about technology and online business, but left with renewed confidence, practical skills, and the belief that they too can succeed in the digital economy.
The atmosphere was filled with learning, interaction, and inspiration as women embraced the possibilities that digital empowerment can create for their future.
Through the ETE Initiative, we are not only teaching digital skills — we are helping women unlock opportunities, build sustainable businesses, and create financial independence through innovation and technology.
Because when women are empowered with knowledge, digital access, and the right tools, they do not just transform their own lives.
They transform families, communities, and the future.
