Today, we successfully concluded Week 2 – EQUIP™ of the ETE™ 6-Week Entrepreneurship Training Programme, where participants moved beyond having skills to intentionally designing viable and profitable businesses.
Through practical sessions on developing a Business Blueprint, defining a compelling Value Proposition, and understanding Pricing and Profit, our women entrepreneurs learned how to identify their ideal customers, solve real problems, communicate their value with confidence, and price their products and services for sustainable growth.
The key takeaway was simple yet powerful: Skills create possibilities, but well-designed businesses create income and lasting impact.
As participants engage with potential customers this week to validate their ideas and gather feedback, they are taking another important step toward our shared goal: by the end of the programme, every participant will have a real business and make her first sales.
