
The participants in A Little Sleep A Little Slumber Vocational Training Centre are trained on Fresh juice production in the catering department which involves careful selection of ingredients, proper equipment use, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards. The basic process includes washing, preparing fruits/vegetables, juicing, filtering, and finally, serving or storage. Sandwich and meat pie was done to refresh the minds of the participants.
The resource person, Mrs Ezenwa, ensured that even a beginner can be able to produce the juice for commercial sale also.
