I’m excited to share the implementation phase of my Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) research, where theory is being tested through real lives, real communities, and real enterprises.
My research implements, validates, and refines the Empowerment Through Entrepreneurship (ETE) Framework™️, a Women’s Enterprise Development Framework developed by Dr. Efe C. Anaughe, generating evidence of its effectiveness, scalability, and real-world impact.
Through the ETE Framework™️, we are supporting 20 vulnerable women to move from dependence to sustainable entrepreneurship through:

✔️ Mentorship and coaching
✔️ Enterprise incubation and startup support
✔️ Business growth and sustainability
✔️ Partnerships and opportunities
✔️ Monitoring, evaluation, and measurable impact
Our pilot, implemented through Warien Rose Foundation and A Little Sleep A Little Slumber Empowerment Outreach (ALSALS), serves as a living laboratory where innovation meets research.
The goal is to establish a validated, scalable, and replicable Women’s Enterprise Development Model that can be adopted by NGOs, governments, educational institutions, development agencies, and community organisations across Africa and beyond.
When innovative ideas are supported by rigorous research and practical implementation, they become catalysts for sustainable development.
